Hi, Inexpensively readers! I’m Katie from Frugal Femina, one of the contributors here at Inexpensively. You may recognize me from my Kentucky Kroger deals. Heather has built such a great community here, and I’m proud to be a part of it! Of course, I have to thank Queen of Free for guest posting here last year so I could find it. 🙂
I’m so excited to apply to be one of the next Mamavation Moms, and I wanted to share with you all what it is. And ask for your support! You can watch my Mamavation application video for more details, but basically Mamavation is a 7-week boot camp so 2 moms can get fit and healthy in 2010—and help pass it on to others. Doesn’t that sound great?! I have lots of positive things planned for 2010. Graduating from nursing school in May, reading through the Bible in 90 days, getting fit. I’m excited about all of it!
Though we will be expected to do a good bit of work, the Mamavation team has a lot of support in place for us. A professional nutrition plan, a fitness plan, and other tools we need to succeed. But I need your help, too! Can you please take a moment to tweet the following message and tell your friends:
Hey, @bookieboo! I want @FrugalFemina to be the next #Mamavation Mom. She has my support!
I need people to tweet that message through January 12, 2010. {One tweet per account is just fine!} Then if I’m selected as one of the 5 finalists, I’ll need people to vote daily from January 14 – 21.
I am so thankful I stumbled upon Mamavation, and I’m running full-speed ahead for a GREAT 2010! Thanks very much for your help. I’ll keep y’all posted on my progress!
