Why You Should Use a Coupon Binder (And How to Get Started)

October 8, 2010 at 8:12 am 4 Comments

The binder method of coupon storage & organization was the last one I came to, after years of clipping, sorting & losing coupons. As my life became more chaotic, I abandoned the effort in favor of simpler coupon clipping. The file folder system works, but I was missing so many manager markdown & in-store specials by not carrying my coupons to the store each week.

Thanks to the Coupon Clutch, I’m getting back to a binder—and already loving it! Here’s why you will too:

  • The clear view of each coupon makes it easier to find what you’re looking for.
  • Having each coupon individually separated helps you grab what you need quickly & easily.
  • Plastic pages are easier to flip through than stacks of coupons.

If you’re ready to get started, our Coupon Clutch discount is good for a few more weeks—use coupon code inexpensively to save 10% on your purchase, through 10/31. And, check out Kristi’s video tutorial for tips on putting together your binder.

Wow, this is super organized and a great idea. I don’t know if personally I can keep up with it and stay so organized, but the benefits are definitely pretty impressive. Thanks for the tip and I’ll definitely pass it along and maybe give it a shot myself!
