Ever go to Barnes & Noble and they try to get you to sign up for their savings/rewards program? It costs money to be on that program. Just doesn’t add up in my brain. Well, now they’ve come up with one I can climb on board with. It’s a Kids’ Club program and it is FREE to join. Now that I’m down with. I hate paying stores for these memberships, just so I can get discounts and rewards. When this little program came out, I read about it at Long Island Parent Source and quickly signed up about 10 minutes ago!

Here’s the concept. You sign up at the store, OR just click here –> Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club

Once you sign up, you’ll be able to get the card mailed to you. What do you get just for signing up? A lovely welcome gift of 30% off list price on ANY kids’ book or toy for children. Now, this is about earning rewards, too. For every $100 you spend on kids’ stuff at the store, or ONLINE, you’ll earn a $5 reward. (Only 4 per year, though.)

You can save money using the card, too. You’ll get a monthly newsletter emailed to you with more savings opportunities, PLUS you get 25% off EVERY DAY for books created by your kid on Tikatok.com. And of course, FREEBIES!!!!! Your kids get a free cupcake from the store’s cafe for your children’s birthdays AND a FREE Tikatok create-a-book project! Very cool.

It’s just a really great NEW program at Barnes & Noble and thanks goes out to Long Island Parent Source for finding this one!
