A Season Of Cooking

November 11, 2009 at 7:59 am 1 Comment

I have been striving to cook only in season so I only buy what is reasonably priced.  I decided that I needed some motivation and a make over for my recipe book!  I started with Organizing my recipe binder by seasons and am now trying to share the recipes I have. In return, I hope you can share some of yours with me.  I have a goal this month to do a $30 per week grocery budget and get prepared to live the whole year next year on a $25 per week grocery budget.  I’ll bet we will live very comfortably on that.

I am hoping by the end of the year to have so many recipes for each season that I will  never get tired of having the same thing all the time.  Please join me for “A Season of Cooking” on The Sassy Saver each week on Tuesday to share you recipes in the Mr. Linky or the comments section.  I would love to have your yummy family recipes and hope to help you save money by having yummy meals with what is on sale!
