We are going on year 3 of Elena's Laptop Lunchbox, and I'll be purchasing another one for Eli soon, too. I love this lunchbox! The containers have been through the dishwasher almost daily during the school year, and they still look brand new. Even though the price seems steep for a lunch box, you save money in the long run by not having to replace a lunch box every year (insulated bags get nasty) and by using far fewer plastic bags.

It is all dishwasher safe and everything except the lid is microwave safe! We use them daily and can't believe they have lasted into a 2nd year.

I love the sound of this. Don't like it though that it isn't microwave safe. How about dishwasher safe? If it can't go in the dishwasher, I won't touch it with a ten foot poll. I think these look cute and like the idea. Thanks for the review.
