How To Grill a Pizza

One of our girls’ favorite grilled treats is pizza. Partly, because we don’t get to eat a lot of pizza. I usually have to make our gluten free crust from scratch. Plus, it’s so much fun to eat pizza with grill marks on the crust, and I’m always up for an excuse to cook outside in the summertime!

Grilled Pizza

  • Pizza Crust
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzerella Cheese
  • Optional Toppings: meats, additional cheeses, green peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc

Grill for 5-10 minutes, then remove the crust. Turn it over (a tricky process, if you’re cooking dough on a pizza pan but it works!), add sauce, seasoning, your favorite toppings & cheese.

Return the pizza to the grill and cook until the toppings are warm & cheese is melted. Yum!
